Experience working with multidisciplinary user experience and/or product teams (for example, interaction, UI design, IA, user experience research, product management, engineering, content strategy) on design and technical implementations.

Experience implementing visual design systems across a varied experience in an iterative software development environment.

Experience with mobile-first philosophy and executing responsive design.

Design portfolio highlighting multiple web and mobile projects, your specific contributions, and the processes behind the work.

Expertise with Figma and other industry design tools such as XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch.

Knowledge of technical potential and constraints as they apply to designing for platforms such as desktop and mobile.

Strong ability to communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale within a user-centered design process.

Ability to prioritize, manage workload, make hard decisions, and meet project deadlines.

Problem-solving skills with the ability to build working relationships across multiple related functions (for example, Marketing, Customer Success, Design, Engineering).

Deep respect for user feedback and an ability to turn it into design solutions.
